Congratulations to Sandi and Mike Frye on her first store opening in Altoona, PA

“Do what you say, when you say you’re going to do it.” Sandi Frye has developed this as her motto after 13 years in the RTO industry. It is one reason she will soon open her own Premier Rental-Purchase, Inc store in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Eager for the flexibility of owning her own business, she will be able to meet her customers’ needs more completely by offering them better service with high-quality products. It means she truly can do what she says she’ll do for them.

In thinking through the decision to open her own store, Sandi followed advice from several RTO colleagues who have gone into business for themselves.

“A few other RTO people I know were opening their own stores through Premier,” she says. “One owner in particular, Perry Reese, (Washington, Pa.) told me how Premier had worked well for him and about the support Premier offers. They really make it easy.”

Sandi especially appreciated the time Premier saved her by providing information on start-up and operational procedures, including such details as equipment costs and specifics on human resources. “Premier gives it all to you.”

That proved to be especially helpful given that Sandi had only six weeks to get rolling from the time she signed her lease. ”I could go to the Premier book guidelines, and I got great help.”

Sandi knows her customers like choices, and she intends to give them plenty as well as beat prices with Premier’s very competitive rates. Her new slogan is “Come see the people you know and trust and get the prices and rates you deserve.” For her that sums up the best part of owning her own store: being able to offer what she values most as a manager - customer care.
