The Premier Companies, with franchise brands Premier Rental-Purchase, Premier Home Furnishings, Premier WheelWorkz and Premier Auto by Rent, recently announced the addition of new training modules as part of their online Premier University. This new training enhances the Field Training programs already in place.
"Premier is committed to training and helping our dealers increase revenues for their stores. Our training program is not only for the store owners but for the entire Premier employee system at all staff levels in each store!" states Trooper Earle, The Premier Companies President & CEO. Laura Emerson, President & Executive Director of Premier Human Resources - The Premier Management Group, will lead the education process by working each and every position in the Premier stores. This will include Delivery Specialists, Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Store Manager. "By becoming familiar with each position, I can be sure to offer the right training modules to help energize the employees while improving their performance" stated Emerson. "Each franchise owner has the option to customize their store's training program with required text and video modules for each position. After a series of required modules are completed, the employee will receive their degree, complete with a diploma".
Premier University has been built to change how our dealers and their co-workers are trained. Our system includes self-guided training, field training, webinars, prerecorded training, and short videos. All of these training aides are going to be designed with the purpose of increasing the organizations energy and performance.
